Our Energy Work Program serves as the foundation of our holistic wellness powerhouse. Through a combination of energy healing practice, intuitive yoga, and the transformative art of social dance, we guide you on a journey of self-discovery, balance, and empowerment.

Technique2Social

Dance classes where fundamental aspects of ballet, jazz, modern techniques, and intuitive movements are incorporated, introduced, explored, and integrated into the different styles of social dancing from the beginning stages to advance. It provides opportunities for social dancers to learn, condition, and/or improve their technique and self-control, expanding awareness and providing developmental skills and knowledge. 

It helps the body create balance, flexibility, alignment, and control, providing movement freedom and safety. It also incorporates some aspects of yoga and energetic concepts, creating a connection of the body, mind, and spirit as a whole, unifying all the elements of our being and our relationship to our outworks through dance experience.

Join me in working together for a session that can be applied to different dance categories, such as ballet, modern dance, jazz, and even Zumba.
